Parmenter Wedding / Cedar Ridge Winery

Shane and Allissa got married this past July at Cedar Ridge Winery. It was a beautifully simple day, full of love and laughter! I always appreciate it when the couple really focuses on what the day is all about and keeps things simple. They had their best man and maid of honor read their story to their closest friends and family. No frills, no big ceremony, just them. It was such a great idea. Sometimes planning a wedding can turn into a huge mess, it’s nice to see couples not taking life so seriously and come together to celebrate their love. Did I mention that there was a fake “first look” with “Tom Petty”? The groom LOVES Tom Petty (RIP) so the bride and her mom thought it would be a fun idea to have the grooms first look with him. I couldn’t have loved it more, as I love Tom Petty just as much! Thanks again for having me there to capture this important day! I had so much fun and really enjoyed everything you guys did!

Summer Reading + Strawberry Lemonade

This has been the sweetest little session I have done in a long while! How adorable are these kiddos? I am so happy that Teagan went for the strawberry lemonade idea! I had dreamt it up, bought all the things, and was praying she would go for it. Luckily, she did! Is that not the sweetest thing you've ever seen?! Totally normal to put a baby in a fruit bath! And little Cooper enjoying his butterflies in his Hungry Caterpillar book! Just the sweetest thing! I am over the moon about these photos, thanks Marcus and Courtney for letting me capture these of your kiddos!

Summer Family Fun

Bianca and her family were a BLAST to work with! There was laughter every step of the way during their session! If you ask me, that's what family photos should be! Laughter and fun. No one wants to remember themselves looking forced and posed, fun memories are better to look back on! And this family session has a sweet surprise at the end! I'll let you all figure out what the surprise is. Thanks for having me guys! I hope these photos are a fun memory to look back on someday!
